At 4:05 p.m., a public hearing was held to consider input on the proposed Carlton County Business Subsidy Policy.
Aanerud by Proulx all yea, except Pihlman, to approve the use tire shreds as light weight fill in conjunction with the County Road 144 Project.
Aanerud by Bodie all yea, except Pihlman, that the State Project No. 0904-29 at the Moose Lake Carlton County Airport is accepted.
Proulx by Bodie all yea, except Pihlman, to accept the Victim/Witness Grant from the State of Minnesota.

Aanerud by Bodie all yea, except Pihlman, to void the tax forfeiture on a parcel located in the City of Cloquet .

Proulx by Aanerud to approve the expenditure listing for August, 2009.

Bodie by Aanerud  all yea, except Pihlman, to authorize the County Economic Development Director to join the Minnesota Business Financial Corporation.
