SUMMARY OF THE APPROVED PROCEEDINGS OF THE
CARLTON COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS MEETING
HELD ON NOVEMBER 10, 2009

The proceedings, in their entirety, are on file and open for public inspection during regular working hours in the Auditor's Office and are also posted on the Carlton County website at: co.carlton.mn.us
Members present: Aanerud, Bodie, Brenner. Absent: Pihlman and Proulx
Aanerud by Bodie (all yea) to approve the Agenda as amended.
Bodie by Aanerud (all yea) to approve the Minutes of the October 26, 2009, Adjourned Board Meeting.
An Employee Service Award was presented.
Bodie by Aanerud (all yea) to authorize the Public Health and Human Services Director to sign a Memorandum of Understanding
Aanerud by Bodie (all yea) votes to approve the appointment of Cheryl DeMenge to the Carlton County Human Services Advisory Board.
Aanerud by Bodie (all yea) to deny the Conditional Use Permit No. 409007.
Aanerud by Bodie (all yea) to approve three appointments to the Carlton County Planning Commission.
Aanerud by Bodie (all yea) to set a Carlton County Timber Auction for 10:00 a.m. on December 9, 2009.
Bodie by Aanerud (all yea) to conduct burns and mowing on various Tax Forfeited lands in Automba and Red Clover Townships.
Bodie by Aanerud (all yea) to nominate a Carlton County Transportation Construction Program project for Federal Transportation Funding in FY 2014.
Aanerud by Bodie, except Pihlman and Proulx, to accept that Contract No. 9002 - S.P. 09-604-30 has been completed.
Aanerud by Bodie, except Pihlman and Proulx, to accept Contract No. 9001 - S.A.P. 09-604-28 and S.A.P. 09-622-04 and C.P. 09-104-04 and C.P. 09-120-07 and C.P. 09-139-03 has been completed.
Bodie by Aanerud, except Pihlman and Proulx, to sign the 2010 Annual Snowmobile Safety Enforcement Agreement.
Aanerud by Pihlman (all yea) to approve one Application for General Abatement.
Bodie by Aanerud (all yea) to table consideration of entering into an agreement with the City of Carlton for prosecutorial services.
Bodie by Aanerud (all yea) to conduct the Exit Interview (for the 2008 Audit) with the entire County Board.
Bodie by Aanerud (all yea) that this meeting be adjourned.
